Q: Where are the mirrors made?
A: All mirrors are designed and handcrafted in Perth, Western Australia by Jayru Home Bespoke.

Q: Do you deliver and install?
A: Yes. For the launch period we’re offering free delivery and installation within Perth metro on qualifying orders. Outside areas can be quoted separately.

Q: How do the removable mirrors work?
A: Removable mirrors use a cleat-style hanging system fixed to the wall and the back of the mirror. This allows you to lift the mirror off the wall if you move, without damaging the mirror itself.

Q: Can I add LED lights later?
A: We recommend choosing the LED option at the time of order so the wiring and spacing are set up correctly. In some cases it can be added later – contact us to discuss.

Q: I’m renting – is this suitable for me?
A: Yes, we have removable options that reduce wall impact and allow you to take the mirror with you when you move.

Q: How long is the lead time?
A: Lead time varies depending on size and current orders. As a guide, please allow 2–4 weeks from confirmation to installation. We will confirm exact timing once you place your order.

Q: Do you ship outside Perth?
A: At this stage, our mirror collection is focused on Perth and surrounding areas due to the size and fragility. If you’re outside Perth, contact us and we’ll advise if delivery is possible.
