Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Some products or services may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities.
We make every effort to display colours and images accurately, however we cannot guarantee your device will display colours correctly.
We reserve the right to limit sales by person, geographic region or jurisdiction, and to limit quantities.
All descriptions and pricing may change at any time without notice.
Any offer on this site is void where prohibited.
6. MADE-TO-ORDER & CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Many Jayru Home Bespoke items are made to order and/or customised (including mirrors, custom sizes, finishes, bespoke metal art, and certain clocks).
By placing an order for made-to-order or customised items, you acknowledge that:
- Production may begin shortly after purchase
- Measurements and selections provided are your responsibility
- Custom and made-to-order items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns (see Return & Refund Policy)
7. INSTALLATION SERVICES
Where installation is provided by Jayru Home Bespoke (or arranged by us), you agree that:
- Installation fees are non-refundable once the service is booked or completed
- You must ensure site access is available and safe
- You must notify us of any known wall conditions or risks (hidden wiring, plumbing, weak substrates, etc.)
- We are not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed site conditions or pre-existing structural issues
- Any concerns must be raised at the time of installation
- Once installation is completed and accepted, the item is considered delivered in good condition
8. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS (CLOCK HANDS / MECHANISMS / ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS)
Some components used in our products may be manufactured and supplied by third parties (including clock mechanisms and clock hands, and where applicable LED/driver components).
Jayru Home Bespoke performs due diligence in sourcing quality components. However:
- We are not the original manufacturer of third-party components
- Manufacturer warranties may apply to those parts
- Where a component appears faulty, customers should contact Jayru Home Bespoke first at info@jayru.com.au and we will assist with troubleshooting and resolution
Where appropriate, we may:
- Supply replacement parts
- Arrange repair or replacement under supplier warranty
- Provide instructions or support to fit replacement parts
To assist efficiently, we may request photos or short videos demonstrating the fault.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
9. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
If we change or cancel an order, we may notify you by email and/or phone.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to update details promptly.

10. OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties or conditions. We are not liable for your use of optional third-party tools.

12. USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND SUBMISSIONS
