At Jayru Home Bespoke, every piece is crafted with care and many of our products are made to order, customised, or installed professionally. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

30-Day Return Policy

At Jayru Home Bespoke, we offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return must be requested and approved before sending

Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

 

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and include:

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of packaging
  • Your order number

We will assess and arrange repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

 

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Most Jayru Home Bespoke products are made to order or customised. The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom mirrors and Africa Mirror Collection
  • Custom metal art and clocks
  • Personalised items
  • Special-order items made to customer specifications
  • Installed products once installation is completed

Please confirm measurements, options, and selections carefully before ordering.

 

Change of Mind

We do not accept change-of-mind returns on:

  • Made-to-order items
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Installed products

For eligible non-custom items, customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Exchanges

Due to custom production, exchanges are generally not available.

If approved, customer may be responsible for:

  • Return shipping
  • Price difference
  • Re-installation cost (if applicable)

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider

The following are non-refundable:

  • Shipping fees
  • Installation fees
  • Customisation or design fees

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Production Time

Most Jayru Home Bespoke products are made to order.
Typical production timeframe: 2–4 weeks, depending on product and customisation.

 

Delivery

  • Perth Metro: Local delivery available
  • Professional installation available for an additional fee
  • Australia-wide shipping available

Delivery time varies based on location and courier.

 

Shipping Damage

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Report within 48 hours
  • Provide clear photos
  • Keep all packaging

We will assist with courier claims and resolution.

 

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
Re-delivery fees may apply if delivery fails due to incorrect information.

 

INSTALLATION TERMS

Applies to mirrors, clocks, wall art, feature walls, and custom installations.

  • Installation fees are non-refundable
  • Customer must ensure wall structure is suitable for mounting
  • Jayru is not responsible for hidden pipes, wiring, or structural issues
  • Once installed and accepted, the product is considered delivered in good condition
  • Any concerns must be raised at the time of installation

 

CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

Custom orders include:

  • Custom mirrors
  • Bespoke metal art
  • Special sizes and finishes
  • Personalised items

By placing a custom order, you agree:

  • Measurements provided are customer responsibility
  • Custom items are non-refundable
  • Changes after production begins may incur additional fees
  • Deposits are non-refundable once production has started

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if production has not started.

Once production begins:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled
  • Deposits are non-refundable

 

MIRROR HANDLING DISCLAIMER

Mirrors are fragile items and must be handled with care.

Jayru Home Bespoke is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused after delivery or installation
  • Improper handling by customer
  • Incorrect mounting by third parties

 

WARRANTY POLICY

Jayru Home Bespoke provides a limited workmanship warranty covering craftsmanship and assembly.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse or improper handling
  • Improper installation by others
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Third-party component faults beyond supplier warranty

 

CLOCK HANDS & THIRD-PARTY COMPONENT POLICY

Some components used in Jayru products (including clock mechanisms and clock hands) are manufactured by third-party suppliers.

Jayru Home Bespoke performs due diligence in sourcing quality components; however:

  • These parts are produced by external manufacturers
  • Jayru is not the original manufacturer of these components
  • Warranty for such parts is subject to supplier terms

If clock hands or mechanism appear faulty:

Customers should contact Jayru Home Bespoke first.
We will assist by:

  • Assessing the issue
  • Supplying replacement parts where appropriate
  • Assisting with supplier warranty claims if required

Jayru is not liable for manufacturing defects of third-party components beyond supplier warranty, but we will always support customers toward a resolution.
