SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing & Production Time
Most Jayru Home Bespoke products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer.
Typical production time:
- Artwork & clocks: 1–3 weeks
- Custom items: 2–4 weeks
- Custom or large items: 3–6 weeks
- Large custom or installation projects may require additional time
Customers will be notified if production time varies.
Shipping Methods
Australia-Wide Shipping (Australia Post)
We ship eligible items across Australia using Australia Post.
These typically include:
- Wall art
- Metal artwork
- Clocks
- Small to medium décor items
Shipping availability and package size are governed by Australia Post size and weight limits.
Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.
Large & Oversized Items (Local Delivery Only)
Large items such as:
- Large mirrors
- Oversized artwork
- Custom installations
- Fragile oversized pieces
are not shipped Australia-wide.
These items are available for:
- Local Perth Metro delivery
- Professional installation (optional)
Delivery is arranged after production is complete.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for Australia Post eligible items.
Large or local-delivery items may require:
- Custom delivery quote
- Local delivery fee
- Installation fee (if selected)
Fragile Items
Many Jayru Home Bespoke products are fragile and packaged carefully.
Upon delivery:
- Inspect package immediately
- Keep packaging until item is confirmed safe
- Report any damage within 48 hours with photos
Failure to report within this period may affect courier claims.
Delivery Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Provide accurate shipping address
- Ensure someone is available to receive deliveries
- Provide safe access for local deliveries
- Inform us of access issues (stairs, narrow entry, etc.)
Re-delivery fees may apply if delivery fails due to incorrect information.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Provide photos of item, packaging, and label
- Keep packaging materials
We will assist with Australia Post or courier claim and resolution.
Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to:
- Australia Post transit times
- Weather or courier disruptions
- Production complexity
- Supply delays
Jayru Home Bespoke is not liable for delays outside our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Jayru Home Bespoke is not responsible for parcels marked Delivered by Australia Post.
If a parcel is lost in transit, we will assist with investigation.
